Between low tide and cooling off

The beach was packed with people enjoying the sun and the cool breeze. The sand was too hot to walk on. I found a nice spot with a great view of the beach. Every now and then, I’d walk down to the water to cool off. Pure bliss.
Created in preparation for the Kunstschouw 2026 exhibition on Schouwen-Duiveland.
